The Loan concierge service details are as follows:
1. Compile a loan submission package/create custom documents (if needed).
2. Provide a property valuation report (if applicable)
3. Send to our network of private lenders
4. Introduce client to lender
5. Guide and assist in anyway until loan is closed.
Investor agrees to pay R.P. Lenders 1 point at the time of closing
R.P. Lenders Network does not guarantee that your loan submission will be funded. We try our best to match you with one of our lenders, but ultimately it depends on the lender.
Experience level, good strategies, credit, and the investment itself has a major impact on the final decision.
